Gill Dance celebrated 20 years’ loyal service with CS2 on 17 January 2007 with a presentation and party involving the entire Management Team. The team has a good track record when it comes to length of service, clocking up an average time of 12.5 years.


Gill joined as a secretary and Personal Assistant to one of the founding Partners of Cutts & Shiers Solicitors in January 1987. At the time, the company consisted of three Partners and 10 support staff including Elaine Allen, CS2’s senior receptionist who celebrated 20 years’ service in August 2006.

Gill is a key Manager in the CS2 Group with responsibility for Human Resources and the Group’s Call Centre operations. Gill says she still loves working for the company. “I have always been given opportunities to develop new skills and to progress my career. It’s good to be a part of the CS2 team and I’m grateful for the support that I have received over the last 20 years.”

Gill was presented with Royal Doulton crystal wine glasses to mark the occasion.
