Telesales Executive
Company Structure:
You will work as part of a team. The team comprises a Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor, Telesales and Field Sales Executives.
Duties & responsibilities:
Implementing sales initiatives
Contacting target brokers and meeting daily call targets
Arranging appointments for sales executives
Organising diaries on behalf of sales executives
Obtaining location plans and/or directions for visits to brokers
Dealing with incoming telephone calls to the company
Contacting brokers to confirm marketing literature has been received
Researching existing LEI / household insurance providers to brokers
Attendance on company training scheme
Comply with company policies and procedures
Such other tasks as reasonably requested by the management
After consultation with you, your duties may be varied from time to time to meet the needs of the job, provided that any such variations are not unreasonable and are consistent with your other duties.
Required skills/qualifications:
Proven telesales experience
Good keyboard skills
Good personal organisation
Attention to detail
Preferred skills:
Insurance background
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
