Accounts Assistant
Company Structure:
You will work as part of the CS2G Accounts Team, which comprises staff with various levels of qualification and experience.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Operating the credit control function, which will involve running reports, monitoring customer balances and chasing customers for overdue debts.
- Assisting with the inputting of data into the accounts system.
- Invoice scanning.
- Dealing with telephone queries from customers and suppliers.
- Providing general assistance to the accounts team.
- Ad-hoc analysis.
- General office duties
Required skills/qualifications:
- Ability to manage own workload effectively and prioritise tasks
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to work well within a team
Preferred skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and Word
