The firm adopts a Total Quality Management approach to all facets of
the business and has been quality accredited to the International Standard
since 1993. The current quality systems have been completely overhauled
to meet the more stringent requirements of the ISO 2000 standard. There
is a dedicated Quality Team headed by the Quality Manager and all systems
and procedures are under constant review to ensure that customer requirements
and expectations are being met.

The firm was a founder member of the Motor Accident Solicitors Association
and has been heavily involved in the Management Committee
since the inception of the Association over 10 years ago. The firm has
been instrumental in implementing a nationwide protocol for the progression
of road accident claims and is in regular contact with The Lord Chancellor’s
Department.
Key members of the management team are members of
the specialist Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
